1. Cancellation Window
Cancellation and refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of booking. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for cancellation or refund processing.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests are processed manually. To request a refund, please email us at shahccharmy@gmail.com with your booking details and the bank account information required for the transfer.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will typically be completed within 2 to 3 business days.
